CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At VOGO, we aim to provide reliable and professional transportation services. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers wherever possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time are non-refundable.

  • No-show Policy: If the passenger is not present at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

2. Modifications

  • Booking changes (such as time, location, or passenger details) can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.

  • Requests to modify bookings made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • All refunds are processed in Thai Baht (THB). Any currency exchange differences or bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns about a transaction or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at hello@earendelodyssey.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

5. Force Majeure

In the case of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
